Before co-founding KOALA, my job at The Hilton Club was to work with owners to help them get the most out of their timeshares. The majority of my clients were very happy with the benefits that ownership brought. But for those who weren’t using their timeshare, the options became more complicated. I learned how challenging it can be for owners to earn rental income and make better use of their unused time. My cofounder James and I felt compelled to create a reliable solution.
