Originally KOALA had a strict, case-by-case cancellation policy, with the owner having to approve all cancellation requests. Now we offer more flexibility, so owners can select Strict (no cancel), Moderate (61 day cancel with 100% refund) or Flexible (72 hour, 100% refund) for their listings.
